Take a day off sometime in the fall, get up early and leisurely drive the whole length of the scenic highway! It is absolutely gorgeous. The perfect winding mountain road. We were on our way to Brasstown Bald and we stumbled upon this path by sheer accident, and were mesmerized by the nature colors of falls. This is almost like a half an hour driveway where you get to see falls colors of tall trees by the road on both sides.
