Not the quickest place to Live Unload at. I arrived on 10/1/24 @ 2:44pm for a 4pm appt.. Parked in one of the lanes in holding area as pictured. Called #214-388-6024 and checked in. Didn’t get a call till 5:30pm to pull up to guardhouse. At 5:45pm got backed into Dock# 7 to unload. 5:50pm handed paperwork to Receiving Office by Door/Dock# 8. At 6:07pm Live Unloading started. At 6:52pm got a call and received BOL unloading was finished. 7pm checked out with only 1ea hr of detention $. Bathroom near Receiving Office and if overnighting probably could park in holding area out just off street(Endicott Ln). Everyone was nice and acted mostly professional. If running these beverage loads, just don’t expect punctuality by either the shipper or receiver. Their fleets and personnel are 1st priority. Definitely make sure your broker and/or trucking co pay’s for loss time/detention time. I came in on I-30 east to exit# 53A, I-30 frontage rd to Buckner Blvd south. Go down to Moberly Ln and turn left. Go onto and bear Rt onto Endicott Ln . Proceed down to Parking/ Holding area for CocaCola SW Facility on left....

We have been ordering beverages from this company for the past ten years, as this company provided a beverage refrigerator for our store. During that time, there were no issues regarding our order volume. However, we were recently informed that the refrigerator would be removed because our order volume was no longer sufficient.

I have no objection to the refrigerator being taken back, as I understand that I cannot order more than what my business actually needs. I only requested that you let me know the pickup date a few days in advance, so that I could prepare and organize the contents of the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, earlier this week—on Monday, during the busy Columbus Day rush—someone came to remove the refrigerator without any prior notice. This caused significant disruption to our store operations and left a mess that we had to clean up in the middle of business hours.

I believe this was not an appropriate or professional way to end a long business relationship. I sincerely hope that similar situations will not happen to other customers...

I don’t understand why they make it so difficult for third-party’s to deliver here! I mean clearly they need the help and they book the loads through third-party carriers but when we get here we are not at all a priority. I’ve been here for three hours now waiting just to get a call to get inside and my appointment time was three hours ago. When I initially checked with the guard shack, the security officer told me that the phones were down and the Internet was acting up so they were having difficulties. But as I sit here for three hours waiting, I see nothing but Coca-Cola trucks moving in and out of the facility so clearly the system is not down. I have never had a good experience at any Coca-Cola and I think this will be my last load hauling for them. They can keep their little local trucks busy I won’t waste the...
