This beauty salon had great potential. Their lace wig installs were $100-$120. Now they went up $150-$200. Some of the hairstylists cannot braid (for prices they charge) and the lace installs last 4 days before it need to touch up. It is ego tripping is going in that salon. This can be overwhelming and make getting a hair service more complex/or headache than what it should be. You to have too do your own hair such as shampoo, deep condition and blow out before a wig install. If you cannot afford high end brands such as White Label Hair and let you only can afford AliExpress or moderate price quality lace wig at the moment. You going hear a lot of complaining about the quality of over your wig like you made it. Like most of their clients isn't living check to check. Mind you, this isn't high end salon. With higher end hair salons, you going get the whole wood works such as shampoo, deep condition, and blow out if they charging $150-$225. You going hear a bunch of complaining about the quality of your wig and brand instead of being graceful they have a customer who is willing pay for their service especially for the outrageous prices for fraction of the service. I booked a wig install for $150 & very much aware of paying enough $50 for same day charge. The hairstylist have the nerve charge me extra "$25" bc the wig was hard to pluck. Mind you was paying for $200 already including additional $50 for same day service. They were only place that offer wig coloring service. I even try book an appointment for wig coloring here before. I had "curly type unit" that was 32 inches and 250% density. They told me they "don't color curly or wavy wigs" that pass 30 inches unless it is bone straight hair. I was willing to pay hundreds but end up coloring the wig myself. This place is located right in the hood but they do not offer full customer service experience but have the nerve to have bourgy attitudes and elites prices for extremely temporary style. I can understand $85-$115 for lace install and $25-$40 extra charge if the shampoo, condition and blow dry but their prices do not reflect the experience and lack of humility. Instead of getting a "feel good beauty" pampering experience. I end up with a headache. This was my fourth time here and will be last time especially after the $25 extra plucking fee after paying $200 upfront. If this salon and hairstylists want to keep clientele. Please work on your customer service skills and humility. I don't think the owner or hairstylists work there are bad people or have bad attitudes. However, the egos need be tone down just a notch. HOWEVER, HUMILITY AND REASONABLE PRICES COME A LONG WAY. Do better. You will see better. Take this as constructive criticism, outside from looking in as customer. Take my advice, your business and clientele...
