I had work done on a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq about three weeks ago. I had put a nice size dent in my rear driver side door. I usually have my body work done by the dealer. Got a recommendation for Metroplex Collision. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Some of the parts needed were on backorder. They kept me up to date on the status of the backorder. Also, once the parts were in, they gave me a completion date in which they delivered on time! I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and care for my car, as if it were their own (Door is like brand new and takes nothing away from value of the car!). I am from Midland, TX. We had a horrible hailstorm and the shops in Midland/Odessa area had put me in waiting lists for MONTHS. My vehicle left undriveable and I needed someone to look into repairs quick (I was already 4 months waiting) and still no calls from local shops. Let me tell you, I spoke to Jason and he said I didn't have to wait longer he could take it in ASAP.
