Hadn't been in years and I distinctively remember it being so delicious and my fiancé wanted the nachos. To our disappointment, it didn't meet our standards that we were accustomed to years back. I see good reviews, but I have pictures of our order. My torta wasn't filled as much as I thought for just $8.99. Barely any meat and slivers of avocado. The meat was practically jerky at that point and not even the juice from the pickled jalapeños would suffice. Omg THEE best beef fajita nachos!!! They're super expensive now but totally worth it. They pile on the meat which is so tender and flavorful. This store is a West Dallas staple/legend and has been for many, many years and these nachos have a cult following, with good reason. Just round corn chips and cheese sauce piled high with meaty deliciousness, with a container of pickled jalapeños on the side. Simple, but drool-worthy. Get you some!! This place is run down but the food is so damn delicious! The tacos are mouth watering and the fajita meat is made to perfection.The elote (corn) stand is well worth the money. It's fresh and I believe it's the best corn stand in Dallas. When you go you'll see a gentleman selling CDs and he is very friendly. His dad use to sell the CDs back in the day and now it's been passed on to his son. I've been coming here since I was 3 and continue to do so.
