Horrible place to get loaded. Show up at 11:15 for a noon appointment. Told numerous times it’ll be just a few minutes. 4.5 hours and I’m still here. They have issue telling you the truth, I guess. Everybody has attitude, and no sense of urgency. I also asked if they were a 24 hour operation. Lady at the desk said no. Asked if I run out of time can I sleep on the parking lot. Really great folks here, picking up again in the morning for my usual Florida run. For those complaining about load times, you obviously haven't been in the reefer business long. The so called USDA " excuse" isn't an excuse, it is just what they say it is. If you wait less than 24 hours on a USDA issue you should be praising them and counting yourself lucky. USDA issues and holds are quite common at meat plants, I have dealt with one here and more than I can count at National Beef. Went to this place and had a lot of things wrong on my end (no fault of my own shipper gave the wrong paperwork broker gave wrong appointment ) instead of the usual go figure it out and come back they explained very nicely what I needed and how to get it fixed ..Thank you Lisett I appreciate it and when Darlany took over by that time I had been going at it for hours she was very polite and understanding as well and got me out as soon as she could thank you as well...I hope to deliver here again just cause they made my hell of a day so much better and easier THANK YOU...
