One of the standout features of my experience has been the leasing agents, Jacky and Edion. They are exceptional at what they do! Jacky is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the leasing process, making my transition smooth and stress-free. Her warm personality and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued as a potential resident.

Edion complements Jacky perfectly with her professionalism and attention to detail. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect apartment to call home. Both Jacky and Edion are responsive and genuinely care about the residents, which is a rarity in the leasing world.

moved in November 2024 on a special and was told December’s rent would be half off. Later, I found out this discount did not apply. I paid a deposit upon move-in, but in January/February I was told there was no record of it — which was very concerning to me.

After moving in, I had to pay $85 a month for additional parking, and for a 4-bedroom unit I could only have a permit for one vehicle. Water, sewer, and $60 for internet were also billed through the rent portal. When I brought up concerns, management often responded with attitude, which made communication difficult.

My unit was shot through in August 2025, which prompted me to move out immediately. I’ve also heard frequent gunfire in the area and have seen children handling what appeared to be firearms — which made me feel unsafe.

Jeremy was the only staff member I interacted with who consistently showed great customer service and honesty. I have repeatedly asked for the corporate office’s phone number but have not received it.

Driving up all I could say is such a beautiful complex, the staff is amazing at multitasking while still being there in the moment with you, making sure things run smoothly and exactly as stated. Hailie is really a passionate community manger when it comes to getting the resolution she handles it with grace and kindness brings the A game needed for residents to thrive in their home.

The maintenance supervisor Miguel and tech Jeremy are on the ball making sure repairs are completed the most efficient way. Gwen does an awesome job at answering any and all questions or concerns you have. The porter Chris does an excellent job at the upkeep of the grounds and is pleasant to talk with.
