Update - July 2024: We still have not heard from management about our $100. I guess they pocketed that money. Disgusting what they did to us around Christmas of all times. Very unChristian-like. We asked a simple question "What can we sell?" and they refused to answer us. Instead, they banned us from selling after over 10 YEARS. What a childish way to handle this. We spent over $25,000.00 renting spaces at this market. And to be treated like this? Disgusting. I recommend that you do NOT support this market in any manner.

This review will stay until management decides to resolve this matter in a proper manner and like adults instead of being childish. Management still does not have the decency to communicate with us regarding the issue. No reply whatsoever to this review. We are still owed $100 as we paid for vendor space but were not allowed to occupy said space. The money was taken from us and we were given nothing in return. That is theft.

Original Review (Dec 5, 2021): Over 10 years we've been vendors at this flea market. On Sunday, we started selling a new item. 50 cent bags of Lay's chips (In date of course like all of our products have always been). A lady from the office (Michelle) pointed out to us that we can only sell them in multipacks like from Sam's Club. That's fine. We obliged. But we requested to speak to the manager of the flea market in regard to what we COULD sell in terms of food products (We had other food items like we've always had and Michelle stated we could still sell the large bottles of sodas we had so we needed clarification). Apparently we could not sell the chips because it is direct competition to the food trucks? We spoke to the people at the food trucks and they didn't mind at all..

We finally spoke directly to the manager Kristin today (Thursday, Dec 9th, 2021) and we are told that we will no longer be able to sell at the flea market after December. No warning given or anything. Mind you, we paid ON TIME every month for over 10 YEARS.

We also paid for 12 months to keep our spot from April 2020 to April 2021 without us even selling during those months due to Covid (We were told by the office that we HAD to pay reserve in order to keep our spot during those months). Over $1,500 in fees and they re-rented our spot during those months according to the other vendors. So that was free money just given to the flea market. They didn't offer to forward our monthly rent during those months). There are vendors out there who are late paying almost every month. There are dozens of patrons who visit the market JUST to purchase our merchandise (They have told us this).

What I don't get is the management's refusal to talk things out and instead just doing this to a long-time vendor. We SIMPLY wanted to know what we could and could not sell! Why is that so hard?? Why do this to someone over a simple question like that? Amazing. I'm dumbfounded at this situation. The refusal to simply talk things out is astounding.

So now we are only allowed to sell in December with no option of getting our $100+ back for this month.

This could have simply been resolved by just telling us what we are allowed to sell and what we are not allowed to sell and move on with our day. The fact that they did this during Christmas time... I sure hope the management folks are not Christian because that is not Christian-like at ALL and gives proper Christians a bad name in our community. Other vendors are aware of the situation and think it's ridiculous that they would do this to us. Robert Darr, the manager over all the Barnyard flea markets, was directly involved in this mess as well and we feel he ordered Kristin to ban us from selling. He handled this quite poorly and the owner of the markets should be...

Little Mexico as it's often called. I went to the office to ask a question but they ALL were helping one lady about a stroller... REALLY? I guess no one could break away from her to answer one question...I did buy a beautifully hand made back pack from the sweetest Black Lady and some produce from a family whose daughter picked out the biggest tomato because I mentioned that I like it when the slices almost cover the bread! I also bought a watermelon from a young man who was very helpful. I'm handicapped with a cane and didn't appreciate the mexican kids running around like it was a race track, they almost knocked me down and didn't even stop to say sorry I just cut in front of you, just kept running around like they have NEVER been taught manners! I'm not a racist, just don't appreciate my tax dollars paying for them, betcha 90% aren't even here legally. I did stop by a display case and saw a ring just like one of mine for $15.00. This was hilarious because my ring was $1.29 on Temu! The aisles inside the building where they were serving their food actually stunk so bad, I had to get out of there fast! Makes me wonder if Food Sanitation Inspectors even go there, NO WAY I WOULD EVER EAT ANYTHING THERE! I apologize if my comments offend anyone...I just...

This is still a good little flea market, but I will say it isn't the same as it was when I was a kid, but then again not many places are. 😂 🤣 The place has do a few upgrades from the open area covered front building, and the 3 inclosed back building are still in good condition considering the amount of time they've been built, so as far as the venue goes it is probably a 4½ star, but the vendors are asking more for a item then you can get it new, or even cheaper from a store, but you can still get a chance to actually get that odd (one of a kind) item, or even a hard to find items that are not made anymore or just a vendor selling their own products or crafts that are not able to get anywhere else. So I might be kinda hard on them to give them a 3star review but I might have went at a bad time or something else, so if you have never been, I would definitely recommend you go to see for yourself and you can decide, but I have definitely been to other flea market that was not as good as this one, but I have been to a lot that was better as well. So not everyone would agree with me and I don't expect you to not get your opinion on this place, everyone has an opinion but everyone's opinion is not going to...

Largest flea market in the area. Several food choices here they got everything from fried Oreos to menudo soup. Several produce markets inside here. My choice is always La Piedad food truck located in Wills convenience store parking lot, immediately next to flea market. You can easily take up to 2 hours or more to browse leisurely through all the aisles it's always busy on the weekends they're not open weekdays.. Saturday and Sunday only!!!! Traffic can be carnival like around here on nice days!!!! just be cautious and courteous while you're getting in and out of this place and you'll be fine!!!! And have patience!!! This is my go to spot for lawn mower blades, and automotive additives (brake, power steering fluid) if you're looking for something in particular it's probably here just ask somebody, anybody. They do sell farm animals here, goats, swine, chickens, etc!!!And there is always somebody here with Puppies/Kitties. They do have restrooms here!!! don't bother going to the gas station (Wills) next door they close it on the weekends. The restrooms that is!!!!You can find some good deals everywhere here just got to look for them high and low

Fun friendly place to get out and walk around look for things today I took my baby there to have an outing with her mother and it was very nice alot of options and good people they have alot of things sock and toiletries although way to handyman products. Today we came for tazers and he had vast selections of knives and couple tazers but he definitely had what I was looking for a tazer with a kill switch for my girl and a flash light tazer because I work security. We stop to try the bubble tea it was good just don't see what the hype is about though. (COFFEE BUBBLE TEA WAS GOOD)
