Cared for top shelf ..I often walk my pup there and have seen a woman and her 2 dogs leave waste and she does not police it up.I actually spoke to the grounds person so they knew it was not me and my pup.They know who it is.Deer eat grain and grass while Dogs eat meat,HUGE DIFFERENCE...Between The Factoryville Park behind school and Dalton Carnival grounds,these thoughtless bums are ruining it on everyone else.These maintenance people must sharpen mower blades and these dumb dumbs dont think of them having to touch their dogs waste up and under the machines.In Factoryville the Elementary kids seasonally decorate the park and even worse there.Litter roadside,and this,WHAT KIND OF AMERICANS DO WE HAVE HERE IN THIS GENERATION? TO LAZY TO SAVE YOUR GROCERY BAGS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE? There are High Quality Americans and low quality Americans,and bank accounts have NOTHING...

FYI. My daughter went to the carnival last night but since I am 81 years old, I didn't go myself. She was getting a funnel cake for me. I anticipated having one since I hadn't had one in a long time. I was completely disappointed in it. It was so hard that I couldn't eat it. She tried it and I could hear her crunching it from across the room. It was harder than a pretzel. The cake was too thin and it was fried too long. Some of the ends were really dark brown.
