Bergman Orchards — Local services in Danbury Township

Went here based on all the good feedback, so was really looking forward to a good experience! Just to find out, it's relative deprivation. The ppl of this area just don't have anything better. We bought a mixture of many items. Everything from pumpkins, cider, apples, salsa, bakery, and cheese curds. Everything was sub-par. The cheese curds had mold in it the bread was dry and moldy already as well! They must not rotate stock?!? The apples were crawling with stink bugs and wasps that made their way into our car/house. The cider was not a very high quality. Honey Crisp didnt even taste like honeycrisp, or were just not very good and sour. Very small apples for honey crisp. Poor quality. Every one that ate the Salsa ended up in the bathroom all night!?! Is this coincidence?!? I really don't want to find out again! The bakery was just the standard bakery you can find at any nearby grocery store, for half the price! After spending $100 on junk We needed to all basically throw out, we will never go back there again. Have significantly better orchards closer to home that blow this one away! For as long as I remember, I'm going up to the lake. I've always remembered Bergman orchards. I think it has to be their funny little peach sign, if you know you know. Overall their pricing is a little bit higher but you are paying Market a market price and I would much rather give it to the small man than to the larger companies. Their selections very depending on the season. Everything that I've gotten has been so fresh, so good and just absolutely delicious. If you haven't checked out this location, you absolutely should. Stopped here and got some peaches and strawberries—my kids absolutely loved them! The produce was good which we really appreciated. However, the overall shopping experience was a bit uncomfortable. The aisles were tight and crowded, making it hard to move around. The upkeep could definitely use some improvement.
