Apparel Unlimited — Local services in Danville

Tried to delete my previous review because I was talking into my phone and didn’t explain the entire situation. So I spoke to someone on the phone a couple of days ago and I told her I was coming in with my own shirts for my son’s football game on Sunday. I get there, The doors are locked and I watch someone come around the desk and look at me and then go to the back so I went around there and asked why the doors were locked and he said that he had to leave because he had an event to be at (he said at 2 o’clock, however it was 3:45 PM when I was there) . I own a business myself and if I close early, I post it and change it on Google and I would definitely, let my customers know when they call. There are only a couple of places in Danville that do shirts and this company put me in a jam because here it is Friday and everything will be closed so it most definitely put me in a very, very bad situation and there was at least three or four of them still there and the lady I spoke to on the phone said that they can do this while you’re standing right there so why couldn’t one of the other people that were standing there Just do these simple two shirts that just needed numbers on them. Literally just needed two numbers on two T-shirts and this guy acted as if he didn’t care at all. That’s not good business and that’s probably why a lot of small businesses don’t make it in Danville because of that right there. You have to care about your customers. You sometimes have to go out of your way for your customers. I get it things come up, but I would never leave any of my clients just completely hanging with no other backup choice. He just said what he said and went about his business as if it didn’t matter so I will never take my business there. I found another place and she does it from home so I’m going to post her on my business page because she is going out of her way to have it done by Sunday and that right there is what you call Business. And people wonder why we go to places and businesses that are out of their home before these businesses that have stores because it’s more personable and they seem to care more. I have a nail salon out of my home and it’s just as good if not better than if I had a store because we care about our customers and we go out of our way to make sure they are happy. I’m sure this place does a good job When they are there, but there was no reason that one of these people could not have done this in a matter of just...

Called and was told that they didn’t close until 5 o’clock and I went and bought the T-shirts for my son‘s football game on Sunday and when I got there, the doors were locked, but everyone was standing in the back and they said that they had to close early because Employee had an event to go to after I talked to someone on the phone. Excellent place!! My friend and I was searching and searching for a certain item, to no avail, so we decided to stop in at Apparel Unlimited and found the exact item he wanted!! Our search was over, finally!! Very nice and friendly staff. Very helpful and concerned about our wants. Way to go...
