I want to share something with y'all and think Davis heating and cooling and plumbing and electric, I want to thank you for sending out Jake Tilloton,, he was a good worker. You can ask for a better person, someone to come out in the cold in the rain and to do a good job it takes a stronger man and a good man to do that and he has a good heart. He is a number one amazing person, and are so good to the people out here in life, so considerate and caring, and when you give as easy to see that it comes straight from the heart and everyone around you you have to give of a nicer person when he's around he just likes up your world, I hope that you don't forget how much this man has done for us they made us feel good that he done a good job.! You're such a disturbing person and I really hope is that all your days are good and beautiful and it is bright and that you inspire other people in life too there are people I care like you who makes the world better for your kindness and your big heart and your big smile and the hard work you do,.! I want you to know there are some people here that can be so mean and treat you so bad,. But you're the kind of man that don't mistreat folks, you treat them with respect and kindness.! They should have more people like this at this company he's a good man he should be recognized highly,! You should hire more people like him he does a good job. He went out of his way and beyond to fix his hot water tank and we thank him so much. Raining and cold he was here to do his job and I really thank you so much. Not anybody would do this. He's a person you can respect and capable of doing great things and that's why you respect them in many ways he's unique his work is everything and it's a good job that he does it all comes together as one I'm proud to say that this man is gifted and compassionate and always there to do his job no one could ever do a better job than him. I've been living in my 1962 two story home for 10 years. My air conditioning wouldn't cool the upper level. Several companies had attempted to assist me. Davis sent me Brandon Brown (service technician). Initial meeting - Brandon told me to explain to him what was happening and why I wasn't happy with the new Lennox system they installed a year ago. He walked with me as I showed him my issues and listened to every word I said. I was already impressed! This young man diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately I had the old hard ducts. He thoroughly explained to me what he needed to do and why. Brandon replaced all of the hard ducts (95%) he could reach with insulated flex lines. He also installed dampers. My finished basement is underground and stays 15° cooler than upstairs. Brandon adjusted the dampers so I will receive more air upstairs in the summer, then he can adjust the dampers in the winter to provide more heat downstairs. This young man did not finish in a day however, he returned on the weekend to complete the job. He did exactly what he told me prior to beginning his work. T.V. technicians, plumbers, electricians, etc. had been in my basement over the 10 year period. Other companies had left wires hanging everywhere. I expressed my concerns about the hundreds of wires and water lines (pvc) dangling in my face. As Brandon was installing my flex lines he took the time to properly secure every line in my basement. I finally have my beautiful workshop back due to this man. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I turned the air conditioning on after he completed the flex. I was amazed that my feeders were blowing air out at least 2 feet from the feeder vents. My upstairs was cooling by the second. Hooray!! Brandon also told me about his Reme Halo unit. This kills Covid, mold spores, allergens (dust mites, pollen, pet dandruff, etc) and cleans my air before it reaches any of my rooms. The same night he installed the Halo, I didn't have my regular sneezing sessions. My dog is on a prescription itch pill. 90% of her scratching has also ceased. Cooler house and cleaner air, I couldn't be more appreciative of the time this man took to actually listen to me then solve my problems! My initial call was to have a tech show me how to check my hepa filter and install a new one today. We had noticed a diminishing of our air quality in recent months despite having hepa filtration and a remi halo air sanitizer attached to our system. The house is older and this system catches a ton of dust. The filter was definitely in need of replacement, but Nick also took the time to indicate that our return would need a basic filter as well for optimal performance of the system. (We had previously discontinued filtering at the return when the hepa was installed.) Nick did a great job of showing me how to check the hepa filter, gave recommendations on how often to replace it based on our old home and allergen considerations. He also took care to inspect other aspects of the system to ensure there were no issues. Turns out our remi halo was not operational, which further explains the diminished air quality in addition to the dirty filter. He made sure to repair the issue and confirm proper function, as well as to seal up an area that was allowing attic dust to enter our system. This is the second time Nick has been out to help with our home system, both times he was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with....
