GameStop — Local services in Danville

I love GameStop, every store I have been to has always been very clean and organized, but I visited the Danville store, I was shocked!!!! It was dirty. Trash on the floor, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Merchandise all over the floor, under the racks. A big 7 foot ladder in the middle of the aisle, the store is small and cramped anyway, we had to slide it out of the way to get by. It also smelled really bad inside this store. I think the management needs to address this issue or be replaced. I've been in management for 20 years and I would have fired someone that day. I'm sorry but this did not look liked it had just happened on this day, you could tell by the dust and dirt that was on the merchandise, that it had been there for a while. I know it’s hard to work at GameStop. Corporate policies and such. It’s not hard to acknowledge customers. I was in here today. Two people working. Two total people in store. One of the associates was evaluating a trade in. I get that. The other was putting away stuff off the counter. Waited in line for 5 minutes. No acknowledgement from either. I asked what time they close hoping that would get the one doing busy work to at least say something. I said I’ll be back later because they are too busy. No offer to check me out then. I was immediately greeted by a young fellow who told me his name, asked if I needed help with anything, that if I had any questions he would be more than happy to help! Okay, excellent! After looking around for a bit, I asked him what the Playstation VR was. I frankly don't know anything. same guy.. the guy willing to help me with ANYTHING said, "I don't really know." Then asked the guy behind me if he could get him checked out on his register. That was it. Really helpful there. So I asked the young gal there how much the setup would be.
