The meat was delicious. They do get very busy during hunting season, and they know that is the one area they can improve. I had recently talked to them about the wait, and they assured me that they are prepared for future seasons. Including part time supervised help during November-January. There are a few one star reviews on here, and I get it, if I had to wait 8 months for my deer, I wouldn't be happy either. I am giving them 5 stars, because the meat was perfectly prepared. Will never take a deer here again. Took my deer in November, was told it would be done in February. Its now September, and I just got my deer back today. Not only did it take 10 months to process one single deer, when I picked everything up, the antlers from my buck were broken. Called multiple times asking when my deer would be done through the summer and was told " I can't give you a time frame, we are busy with other projects"

They do make good products but takes WAY too long. After waiting 10 months I finally started calling. Got my meat after a full year. 2 other people I know had the same experience. 11 months for one and 18 months for the other. A year and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. They clearly take on more than they can handle. I'd prefer they just told me they were too busy so I could have went elsewhere. ...
