If you're thinking of booking Let’s Hibachi for your next event — STOP THINKING AND JUST DO IT. This was hands down one of the most entertaining, delicious, and laughter-filled nights we’ve had in a while. From the moment Chef Simon showed up, the party officially started. The food? Chef’s kiss. I had the steak and scallops combo and let me tell you… those scallops didn’t stand a chance. Tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned. I’m not saying I licked my plate… but I’m also not denying it. 😅 This was a completely hassle-free, stress-free, everything-fun experience. You don’t have to lift a finger — except maybe to catch flying🍤🍶 HIGHLY recommend this for birthdays, reunions, literally any reason to gather and have fun. 10/10 would book again (and again… and again…). We had an amazing experience celebrating my niece’s birthday thanks to our incredible hibachi Ched Neko! From start to finish, he brought so much energy, humor, and skill to the table. The kids (and adults!) were entertained the entire time – the jokes, the fire tricks, the flying zucchini – it was all perfect. He really made the birthday girl feel special and went above and beyond to keep the celebration fun and memorable.

Not only was the show fantastic, but the food was absolutely delicious – cooked perfectly and served with a smile. You can tell he loves what he does, and it made the evening that much better.

Simon catered for a hibachi party for 11 for us. He’s absolutely amazing, entertaining, and took his time to learn all of our names and connect with us through his humor. The food was delicious, he took allergies that one had very seriously looking up ingredients in different sauces. I have to say; it wasn’t only the food that was freshly cooked for us in front of us that was good, it was Simon that made our night! Make sure to ask for Simon if you plan on catering. Ive never laughed so much, and his tricks are really cool. Food 5/5, service 5/5! He continuously talked to us by name which made it feel personal! Definitely...
