Honestly I want to give a five star cause it is fun place and safe place to go to and my kids love it, but reason for the 3 stars I took my family there and was having a good time and this was first time there for us and I have PTSD, Anxiety and etc so I have a service animal tag and a emotional support tag both signed by doctors and psychologist. But I have unique animals not a cat or dog. I have a rat and a snake, now I see where people may be like oh he brought his pets in and bla bla but when I take them out I make sure all tags and certificates are present and noticable, well one desk worker he walked up and he started to tell me how my rat is cool and all that but I can have it in there all because of health and safety which my rats are probably cleaner then the jungle gym to honest I keep them well groomed and maintained, I stopped the guy mid conversation and showed him the tags which I know he couldn't have missed at all and said no signs are posted about service animals, after that the guy was either mad or upset l corrected him, me and my son was in ball field and I was kicking a ball up high and by accident it hit a speaker cage and automatically that one time it happened the same guy came up and told me to stop cause the lights and speakers could break and there expensive and if I do it again I will be asked to leave. Those speakers cage are set 1-2ft away from the speakers in them they can withstand impact of a softball and or baseball flying 90mph and still won't dent or shake just make a loud ping noise your telling me this guy is scared of a soft style dodge ball breaking through that cage and hitting speaker someone, rest of visit the dude literally watched me every second and followed me like he was the fun police or something waiting for me to just do something maybe next time I go which I am not sure about cause he definitely tested my anxiety with the way he approached me hostile like. All I can say is if you have a service animal depending on who is working if it's a blondish brown hair man with glasses who is skinny, don't bring your service animals in he will get upset even though our animals to all those with ESA or SA are protected by federal...
Read moreAmazing facility! The kiddos (ages 2 and 4) LOVED the indoor climber/playhouse and green space.
I appreciated that there was a front desk worker at the entrance and a cafe on the other side, giving a good visual for the kiddos on where they were allowed to be. The staff were very welcoming and kind.
The playhouse has two entrances and kids can be seen easily at all times. The green space has a variety of balls for the kids to play with and a drop net around the whole thing with few entrances, making it easy to locate your kiddo(s) from wherever you are. There is also a walking track for all you power people 💪🏼
They have lots of tables and seating. The restrooms (men, women, and family) were clean and well kept.
The Fields Coffee cafe was the cherry on top for me 😉
We really loved our experience and hope to...
Read moreNice indoor space for kids to go and play. They have the “treehouse” climbing thing. Not sure what they call those. Netting and slide, rope swing, jumpers etc. We went early and there were maybe 6 kids there. By noon there were about 20 so it was getting where the bigger kids were trampling or pushing the little kids out of the way when they were chasing each other through the maze. So we left after a small boy got knocked down by a much bigger boy and it busted his lip. I didn’t see any age limit signs. They also have a little food cafe with drinks and a few food items. All in it was a good place where caregivers could take the kids to be in a confined play space. They should ask that no phones be used inside the play area so everyone could have full attention watching their...
