Christmas is in five days, and it already took over a week to complete my sweatshirt—with obvious mistakes. There’s no way you can fix it in time without risking further damage, especially since removing the embroidery will leave holes in the fabric, permanently ruining an $80 sweatshirt.
Rushing orders is no excuse for poor quality, and your response feels like deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the situation. This could have been avoided with proper care and attention. Now I’m stuck with a ruined product that can’t truly be fixed.
You’ve already declined my request for a refund even though we both know you’re in the wrong. So take my one star review and use it to improve your low rent business and attitude.

My Review: This business is unprofessional, and the owner is rude. One minute, she’s really nice, and the next, she can snap at you, no matter how polite you are. As a customer, I felt like I had to walk on eggshells just to avoid upsetting her.
During the consultation, I gave her a Bible verse to embroider, and she wrote “Isaiah 53=5.” I politely asked her to make sure it’s a colon instead, and she snapped, saying she knew her punctuation. I never doubted that she knew her punctuation, but what she wrote was an equal sign... If someone’s paying for a product, they have every right to make sure it’s done right.
If you’re planning to visit, definitely call ahead, as they’re often out. But be warned—she might snap at you. When I called to check when I could pick up my order, trying to work around their schedule, she was unnecessarily rude, acting as if I was an inconvenience for calling.
No professionalism here—no contracts, no paperwork, just a garage-based operation.
The embroidery was disappointing. She offered to let me check it in the garage, but I didn’t feel comfortable around them, so I went to my car instead and didn’t say anything cause I’m not one to argue. I paid $50 for her to ruin my $80 sweatshirt. It wasn’t placed where I asked, was way too small, off-center, and poorly done and uneven spacing. To top it off, she kept my sweatshirt for over a week, leaving me no time to fix it, since Christmas is a week from now and I already had my plans set.
In total, I wasted $130 and left feeling frustrated. Very shocked they have so many 5 star reviews, I wish I could have experienced that....
