The View at Franklin — Local services in Danville

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at The View at Franklin. Howard and Corina are wonderful. We have a wonderful facility here with a pool and a gym. We also have a pool table that is open from the hours of M-F 8 AM to 6 PM (although that is not what I would consider convenient). Some suggestions for improvement that I have for the staff and management at the view are:

Put some trash cans around the property so that your pet friendly facility will have somewhere for us to deposit the bags of waste that our pets make other than the trash compactor.

Finally, the reason for the the three star review is that I am experiencing some unresolved issues with my on suite bathroom. The shower leaks into the bedroom and carpeted hallway because of a poorly installed shower stall (The construction crew fault- not the property managers). I am somewhat frustrated that I am living in a luxury apartment and I cannot use one of the two bathrooms, especially when I am paying full 2 bathroom rates. It has been almost a month since first reporting this issue and it remains unresolved. I’ve been told that the construction crew will be fixing the bathroom soon, however, that was a week ago And I am still having to use only one bathroom. I will update this review and give the appropriate number of stars once the problem is taken care of. Until then, this is an honest and accurate review of my experience here as a resident. The staff at the view is top-notch. They are simply experiencing some growing pains, and I feel like they will handle it, given time. I am only reporting what I am experiencing and no embellishments or inaccuracies.

absolutely LOVE living at franklin turnpike apartments in danville! honestly, it’s such a great community and i can’t recommend it enough. the pool is amazing — perfect for chilling out or hanging with friends on hot days. one of my favorite spots is the back end of the complex near the woods because it’s so peaceful and quiet, like a little nature escape right at home.

terrence, who works here, is seriously one of the nicest people — always friendly and ready to help, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. the maintenance guy is super reliable and does a great job keeping everything in tip-top shape.

another huge plus is that the apartments are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can feel at home too! and get this — they have fresh coffee in the lobby every morning, which is such a cool little perk to start your day.
