Paul and Bethany were amazing!!! From our first interaction with an emergency visit due to a nail in our tire, they have been very patient and respectful. Paul patched the tire at no cost, but also let me know my tires were getting bad. At this time, I informed Paul that I was aware they were bad and was actually in the market for a new mechanic also and I’d love to give him a chance. Flash forward to today, Paul mounted and balanced all my new tires in his shop not before replacing my rear pads and rotors. They were accommodating and willing to help us reschedule our initial service to today and I’m beyond grateful. They were honest and fair with pricing and very transparent throughout the process.
