When i was looking to have custom draperies made for my home, I ended up at Richtex due to not having the best customer service experience at a much closer retailer. I am so thankful I ended up at RichTex!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was very pleasantly surprised by the in stock fabric selection as well as the prices but the customer service is what earned my loyalty and will keep me returning.

It felt as though I had a team of designers to help with the process from A to Z. Not only were they professional, knowleagdeable and familar with styles/trends but they were so enjoyable to work with and made what i was concerned would be a daunting process, fun! From the moment I attempted to articulate the project and showed them a couple (bad quality photos) Patty and other team members including the owner got to work to help bring the vision to fruition.

They were able to easily guide me through obtaining the proper measurements and selecting a fabric that i love to help achieve a timeless and transitional look. The turn-around time from ordering the fabric and hardware to being able to install the very well concstructed draperies was very reasonable and they were actually completed much sooner than expected.

Whether looking for upholstry, draperies or any other fabric related project, I highly recommend visiting RichTex for your project needs. The fabric selection is outstanding, the prices are fantastic and the customer service is white-glove from A to Z.

The worst experience I have ever had in a fabric store!! I make pageant dresses for girls all over the US and so I’m always looking for different fabric . I heard this was great place to get materials from. The man that works there was very friendly and helpful showed me some samples of what they could order for me. I decided to look in the sales row in the back said $3,$4and $5 . I dug a bunch around and found some white taffeta fabric . Was so excited because I had been wanting this. It didn’t have a tag so I brought it up to the front to find out the price. I asked a lady upfront and she said . That I must have pulled it down and that it doesn’t belong in the sale rack. So saying I was lying and tries to get it on sale!!! I said no ma’am it was back there is dug for it in the sale fabric. She repeated I must have pulled it down and that it was not on sale !!! First time at Richtex Fabrics today, it was a great experience. Selection was fabulous, prices were great. Both the personnel who assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
