Good supply of country food but you better be ready to spend some money. Sweet corn itself was 50% higher than common supermarkets. I know it's grown there but you've cut out the middle man and charged even more. The corn was just an example, found the prices to be higher with most of the stuff they carry. Not 50% higher but steep. Kind of like that feeling you get when you go through a cashier line with a lot of groceries instead of the self service line and find yourself bagging everything yourself because the store can't get the teenagers off their cellphones long enough to do their job and there is only 1 adult working,(the manager), and you feel so bad for them because they look like someone just kicked sand in their face. Sometimes you just can't win, and don't dare confront any of the "entitled" teenagers, God forbid you hold them accountable. They just want a paycheck, they don't want to...
Read moreWithout a doubt, the finest of year around farm market in the region. People travel great distances to shop here. Fair, honest prices and produce draw people in and keep them returning. I have shopped here for 20+ years and am still amazed at the fresh produce, homemade jams and jellies, baked goods and other cooking food necessities that commercial supermarkets don't carry because of higher quality from smaller producers and lower costs for superior product. Crazy city dwellers make Saturdays a nightmare here... a testament to their market..... go Tuesdays through Thursdays for less congestion and a more unhurried atmosphere. Fresh bread baked daily sell out quickly...... still warm from the bakery, come early or lose out. This is an unsolicited opinion from me with no other desire than to expose others to s better way to shop for...
Read moreI have shopped at this business for many years and have not had any issues until today. One. It was rotten. I had my receipt and the full product —less the AIR. No refund. I felt that I was accused of being dishonest and trying to get away with something. Do you not trust your customers? Over a bag of potato chips? Really? Yutzy’s — you Get what you Give. Apparently you needed the $4.99 more than me. You guys had the chance to make this right. But you didn’t. You inconvenienced me and the line behind me for like 10 minutes just to say no to a refund. ...
