I spent over 3 hours picking the perfect furniture and some of the pieces they did not have in the store so we looked at them on the website which was hard to see on the large table they were being shown on because it faced so far up that the reflection from the lights made it difficult to see. I advised my sales rep that my living room was black, grey, and blue so I did not want anything with brown. We found a set that had the perfect design for the coffee table and the table I intended to use as a tv stand. I had a hard time seeing the color on the screen so I asked my rep what color it was and she told me it was blue-black, (not understanding the reference of color I asked what that color was) she told me that it was so black that it almost looked blue. This was perfect since I really only expected black! When I get the furniture it was a weathered black (so weathered it looked brown)!! I called the store immediately, I was then told that since the furniture look exactly like the picture ( that I couldn't see) it was too bad my loss!! They did not even try to verify with the sales representative who had told me that the furniture was blue black that she had told me the incorrect color, to help rectify the situation. Now I am stuck with 2 pieces of furniture that are an eyesore in my living room that I paid over $600 for....I have spent over 5k at this store in the last year and I've referred many people there, and they would have continued to have my business (even after pieces have been delivered damaged and missing features) in the future but to allow a sales rep to lie, not even question her, or try to help fix the problem is unacceptable!! How can anyone trust a company that...

Furnish 123 is my got to store for Ashley furniture they have the best prices! This year I had to refill some of my couch cushions and the staff ordered materials for me quickly. I have bought three Ashley couches there and have loved every one. They are always honest regarding ship times I think its also important as a customer to know stores are only in control of so much regarding ship times. Recently I wanted a new set and I was working with Erin and she was honest with me about how the set may be too big for my area after we looked at pictures. I greatly appreciated this and showed me they are not just out fora quick sale that they actually CARE....

Worse place to buy furniture hands down. They tell you 6weeks to 2months. Then keep extending the time. Been waiting over 3 months. Called today for them to just have the delivery time extended yet again. Paid upfront around $2300. I have no furniture in my place and have been waiting for far to long. If I could give a negative rating I would. They need to be more upfront about the wait time and I would of went somewhere else that has furniture in stock and paid the extra money for it. This is just an awful business that lies every time...
