Was pretty disappointed with my visit here. I payed for a pizza and mozzarella sticks. I gave the server 2 $20 bills, and tipped her $10, and got back some change. I was told it would take about 20 minutes to cook so I took a stroll and came back. I waited about 30 minutes total and was told the kitchen “lost” my order. They remade the food and brought out a pizza. I asked about the mozzarella sticks and I was told by the server that she didn’t ring it up. So Im thinking, why was my order $30?! We got here at 7pm, ordered an appetizer, drinks, and dinner. We received an appetizer and drinks (never refilled). After an hour of waiting we asked about our meals - they looked confused and just said it was busy. We tried being understanding, but after 2 hours we inquired again. They had never put our order in for dinner!!!! Now, there is no where else to go because it is too late and we still haven't eaten. For our trouble they removed the appetizer from our bill. My wife and I came in for dinner at 7PM. We sat ourselves at an empty table and waited until 7:30 PM before leaving. We were never brought a menu or even spoken to by staff.
