Yesterday I called to see how much it would cost to do a preventative maintenance on my drains. I had one slow running drain, not plugged or backed up but slow running. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she told me it would cost $85 an hour to snake all my drains. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the same day expecting a bill of $170.00 maximum. So when I got home and found out my son had paid $277.00 I was extremely upset. I called and a lady named Michelle said she wasn't in the office and could I please call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same girl I spoke to yesterday answered the phone and she remembered exactly what she had told me the day before. I had given her my cell number in case there was any problem. When I spoke with the manager he told me Brandon who came out to my house explained to my son that it would be an extra $25 per drain. When speaking with my son again today he says no extra fee was mentioned to him. I believe they should have called my cell phone and the girl who answered the phone should have been able to tell me there would have been an extra fee for every additional drain. It was clearly explained in our conversation what I needed done. And the attitude is oh well too bad! I can't believe this, but I at least feel the need to share with everyone! In the past our family has had good results from this company. However, we received a quote to have some work done. A couple of months later a different technician came to our house and gave us a quote of over DOUBLE of the original quote. I called and had a lengthy "discussion" with a manager. They did not honor the original quote! We ended up paying about $400 over the original quote and the technician & manager, both bad mouthed the employee that gave us the original quote. Their stance was that the original person under bid the job and did not know what they were talking about or doing. I am the CUSTOMER and the company's personnel problems are NOT the customer's issue. And, Jesse, the guy who did the work today said "he was going to talk to me about doing the job 'on the side' to save me money". So apparently, their employees are not very loyal to...

I have now used this company 4x. First i had a pipe and boffel inside septic break. They repaired that for very reasonable cost. Then my renter flushed all sorts of things down toilets and clogged up leechfield. Easy Rooter was able to hydroflush my system and saved me thousands on having to replace it and even let me pay it off over a couple months time. Then my outlet pipe collapsed and they were able to replace that and be out same day. Now iI had roots break my inlet pipe going into the septic. Not only have they given me great advice on how to save money digging it up ourselves, they also gave me tips on how to make it easier to access the system. Karl was the best!
