Worst customer service/sales experience I believe I've encountered. I walked around the yard looking at the compact tractors, then went inside and wonder around the counter area waiting picked up a pamphlet on the compacts, not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. Even Dallas who was sitting in the sales office at around 3 pm having lunch with his wife/girlfriend didn't even say hold on a second I'll be right with you or anything. If it hadn't been for me asking Dallas his name while he was opening the door for the female to exit which I applaud him for chivalry. So shop here at your own risk. If it had been a busy day and several other people there maybe I could see it but there was only 2 people in the customer area. I won't say I will never shop here ever again but I will definitely go to a shop where they show they want...

Was excited to reach out to this company due to the multiple 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I have called multiple times, (different weeks) and no one was available.

I’ve also left a voicemail that was never returned. And I have also emailed 2-3 times without a reply.

I was looking for pricing on zero turn mowers but couldn’t reach anyone. Definitely hope this can change! Just moved to this area and would love to have a place to go...

I bought an Exmark mower from here, and had an issue with it going through belts really quickly. It was a really uncommon problem, I was frustrated and they definitely were too, but they went above and beyond to get it fixed! I'll definitely continue to give them my business.
