Our salesperson John was wonderful! Other than that we had a terrible experience. We ordered a credenza, two end tables and a coffee table. The credenza came damaged, the drawers were misaligned and the doors were uneven. When we brought it to the managers attention, Robert, his resolution was to give us $200 off. In that same shipment the $250 end table had several issues, we had them take it back and they reordered another one.
They informed me they had another one in stock and could be back the next day to deliver. No one called me so I called the store to ask when delivery would be and I was told it would be at the end of the day. 3 minutes later I received a phone call from a delivery crew telling me they were 10 minutes away when I was already across town . I had to avert my plans to get back to my home to accept this delivery that I was just informed would be at the end of the day .When they delivered the new one, it still had several discrepancies. Instead of trying to make it right by getting me one that was in good shape that I already paid for, I was met with " there isn't anything wrong this table, so do you want me to cancel the order because we're not going to get you another table". I expressed my frustration because of his statement, the manager Robert responded "we can just cancel all of it and come pick up all of the furniture or we can just cancel the table, what do you want to do?" He tried to pressure me into making a decision in that very moment and then I asked him could we come look at the floor sample to see if that one was in better shape and we could swap it out for the damaged one since he was unwilling to order me a new one to which Robert gave me a very limited time frame of Monday. Mind you it was Friday and he expected me to get that taken care of despite my busy schedule.
We chose to cancel the additional end table and moving forward we will no longer do business with this company.

Given we still reside in Connecticut it was essential that the timing of the delivery match perfectly with my husband’s visit to close on the house in Palm Coast. He works from home so it was vitally important that we have his office set up as a priority while he was down there until we close on our house in Connecticut in March. When I explained the timing, background and the context of our situation, the furniture row staff they were immediately accommodating knowledgeable and they gave me the information that I needed and set the correct expectations upfront. The desk we purchased was high end and the team did all they could to track the shipment from CO to FL. When I reached out to ask if they could arrange to have it delivered the day before he was leaving FL, they were able to accommodate the request and texted us 30 min prior to delivery. The entire process was smooth and there was excellent communication between them and us in the two weeks prior to the delivery date and the week of. I was told the material will do that naturally and wasn’t assisted with the cushions. Come last week I told my parents a new couch was needed! I was miserable. My family hates lounging on our huge sectional! I planned to go elsewhere and my father went to furniture row where he FaceTimed me. He was speaking to a super helpful gentleman, told him my story. Come to find out he was the store manager! He was so upset about my experience he asked for another chance. Not only did he go out of his way to find me the perfect sectional for my family(kids and cats) but he gave me discounts to make up for my terrible experience!
