nice store ... There are 2 flower shops in town and honestly both have beautiful flowers. The other part... The Loftus store .... Is a historical building.. This is a tourist town because of the Laura Ingalls Wilder ... Little House on the Prairie books... This shop is a gift shop with DeSmet and LIW merchandise as well as a variety of home decor, clothing trinkets ...etc...the draw back is that it is not handicap accessible.... It is very difficult it use a walker in there can and worse to try to manuver with...

First contact in DeSmet. Wonderful!! Good historical lesson about the space and a great tour guide of the city and the Laura Ingalls Wilder attractions. Found a few mementos in both stores....
