The Harp's DELI ANGEL custom made a vegan salad with a smile without even showing the slightest inquisitive expression after the McDonalds decided to no longer serves salads.

She was completely in the moment, listening to her customer, with pure, complete intent to help a fellow human in need. She didn't know it ,but this customer was just needing to get his best friend and partner something she could eat without getting sick.

She takes medication for Parkinson's Disease, and I have to do all I can to get her what she can eat. It's a long-term game of quality of life and death. We didn't know McDonalds would abandon the salad altogether.

We had to do a lot of walking at our first Chief's game that day, and that salad helped make that happen. She only needed two breaks, one going and one going out.

The people are nice enough, except the manager, he's pretty rude . My sister and I ran in to get a few things and it started pouring and storming really bad .We were hoping to wait it out in the store for a few minutes until the rain died down a little bit nope, the rude manager made US leave yet pulled his motorcycle into the entrance, really???? One of the nice cashiers gave us a ride to our car, he was sweet. Also, this place is so overpriced. Stop taking advantage of the fact that you're the only grocery store in a small town. I have no problem driving 15-20 mins longer to go to Walmart . AND last but not least, stop selling expired food, especially when you are charging (for your expired food) more than Walmart changes for it...

Harps Food Store is a value of assets to many folks here in De Soto. The fresh, fruit, meat department, the very kind and helpful staff, To all people with/without disabilities. The Pharmacy is educational, kind and caring..Let's not forget The Dollar General Store , Steve's Meat Market as well. Good people great stores!!! I am fairly new here, members of my family are not. Though I can't recall alot of the memories of ( vacationing ) ect. I just wanted to thank you for coming to De Soto Ks, An asset you are all of your staff are very kinds and helpful.
