Wonderful experience overall from Xylo bats!

My son and I customized a fungo bat for Father’s Day and ordered it through their website, we very promptly received emails stating bat was in production and would be shipped and on our door step before Father’s Day. It was the Friday before Father’s day and no bat. I called the company and very quickly received a return call directly from the CEO and owner. He was very apologetic about us not receiving our ordered bat, as it had accidentally been set aside prior to them leaving for a tournament week out of state.The CEO himself drove our bat out to us at a tournament if you will, and left it for us so we would be able to gift it for Father’s Day. This company went above and beyond to be sure we had our product in hand. This day in age this kind of customer service is unheard of, I will definitely be recommending Xylo bats to anyone and everyone looking for a great quality bat as well as beautiful and supporting a local to Texas owned...

Five stars is not enough. I ordered a bat that was made as a display bat for him to use in the cage. The one he wanted just happen to sell over the weekend. On Monday morning I didn’t get an email stating a problem with my order I got a phone call. Yes a phone call just so happened to be the founder and owner of Xylo Bats on the other end. The youth bat I bought for my son really has a lot of pop in it. He has really enjoyed using it in the cage. It’s a 28/18 and he says it feels really great and matches up well with the bat he swings in the game. If we had wood bat tournaments here in SC for his age group and his team would participate I would encourage them to get the Xylo. Some of his friends have used it at practice and really liked it.
