Wear gloves! Yesterday when I went, and last week, when my father went, the older new girl did not use gloves. Yesterday, we picked up several chicken breast. She did not use gloves to handle the chicken. She then proceeded to touch everything including the cash register. She acted miserable with her job. No smile and had hardly anything to say. We all agreed that we wouldn't return after all of the years we have made purchases here. There is another review by a food safety manager that stated the same thing. It's a regular practice. All of the germs that are on your hands, are now on the outside of the packaging and bag, then it's on your hands, then it's on the door handle of the business, and then your vehicle handle and steering wheel. Now, when you get home, it's on your door knob, then the counter you put your food on and then the kitchen faucet handle and soap dispenser you use to dispense your soap. Guess i missed the memo that the House of Meat had moved. I finally found the new location. I was shocked at all the added space they now have. This store sells really good meat with a large variety. My only negative thing I have to say is that the employees will help one customer but neglects others. This happen too me as I waited while one women had two employees waiting on her at once . Eventually, I yelled at one of them to help me. As I checked out the young man ask me if I found everything. I told him what happen and he apologized. I hope this will help someone else to get help, or the mangement to pay more attention to what their employees are doing or not doing to help...

I always shopped there for the last few years my parents we're big Spenders there they love House of Meats. So do I but lately I don't know if it's because it is paid with Link cards or what but the bacon inside the meat packets is horrible and they always have the best bacon. The pork steak was all fat. I've never experienced this when I go straight to the store and get this stuff individually but for the last two months that meat packets have been terrible the mixed bundle.
