I walked in and was immediately impressed with the kind greeting from a lady running check out by the door. I went in and needed wasp spray help. Totally despise those insects and needed to rid them of my front door so I could enter my home safely. I walked into ace hardware, was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. No beating around bushes about things just courteous straight up business. I LOVE THAT! She knew that store like pruning a tomato plant with her eyes closed. She directed me to the exact aisle with the layout of knowledge of that in her minds memory. Wow! Passionate about the service and quality of products and new store atmosphere here. Called and gave them the exact part number that I needed they said that they would go out of their way to set the part aside drove 25 minutes out of my way came there picked up the part drove all the way back home to realize that it was a Completely different item than I gave the exact part number for. Did an online order and the boy was sweet. One thing i did not appreciate was when i called up there to see if the had something in stock,the woman refused to go look and just said no they didn't. When i told her online said they were in stock,she got an attitude and said that it means my item would be shipped there. Got off the phone and placed an order online and my order was ready in minutes. Shame for being LAZY! Store was dead when i showed up and no exscuse to not check on items when a customer asks.
