Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in Deerfield Beach

Dominican security guard insults and bullies people, saying he is a "psychologist" that can see when people are there to steal, I couldn't make this up even if I wanted. Went there last night for the first time and witnessed him bullying a lady who was shopping with her son, he insulted and chased these people out to their car. By the way this family behaved, how mortified that mother was and the car they drove I don't think they needed to steal anything. Wish I recorded this incident and hope this family does something to set this straight, the guard needs to be stopped immediately. Today I tried to call the store, no answer. Tried to send a message to the store under complaints and kept getting an error message. Figures. Stay away from the "psychologist" and the store, not one employee came out to help, lots of other customers in the parking lot did, saying the guard does this all the time. He needs to be stopped or one day he will do this to the wrong person who will do something legally about it. Do better Bravo. Coach and train your employees better. This market is located in a plaza in the corner of 48th street (aka wiles road) and Dixie highway. There is plenty of parking spaces but I would just be wary of where you are parking, as it is cramped and on top of that individuals in this plaza park carelessly.

The first thing I noticed about this establishment is the off putting smell when you first enter the store. It basically smells like a butcher shop since their meat section is near the entrance and all that air gushes at you when the automatic sliding doors open.

This is a store run by Hispanics. I at first thought it was a Hispanic store (just how there are Indian stores and oriental East Asian stores), however it's just a regular quick stop grocery store. They have the basic produce and shelf items you can find at any store. The only difference is that over here the prices are cheaper as is the quality. I'm not sure which days they get a fresh delivery, but once I find out, I will be sure to write a tip about it.

This place is the worst. I wish I could give it 0 star. The service is so bad I am writing this review while I am in their parking lot. Terrible customer service. Two employees told me everyone in the meat section went to break in the middle of the busiest time and of the day 12:00-1:30pm. I had to wait 30MINS to get the meat because there was only one person which is not really his fault there should be at least 2 people at the time at least within the peak time. Meat section close whenever they feel like even 2+ hours before the meat section closing time. This place does not deserve any more of my money. I am NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! I would rather drive 1:15 minutes to Miami or to west palm beach than to ever come back to that store. Management does not offer discounts for the inconvenience or at least an apology.
