Dropped of my first bow kill of the year a smaller deer ,I requested backstraps out whole cut in half tenderloins and the rest into stew meat for canning and anything to small grind to burger...I opened up 18 pkgs finally to can and was disappointed, had to cut almost all of it up to sizeable pieces lots of fat and tallow pieces were very random sizes w lots of waste also the inknthey use on stamping packages get wet and runs all over when thawing out packages....to pay $130 for that was very disappointing especially being a smaller deer..well now I know..won't be going back there...up date 3 /1 /25..opened up 3 more packages of stew meat and just like before 1/3 of the 3 packages was wasted do to fat it wasnt even like they tried trimming it to the size of 3/4×3/4 like I requested when the lady asked just random hunks of fat and connective tissue..will never go there again and Will not recommend to anyone..it's obvious they don't care cause they don't respond to reviews. Sad a place like this is even...

I've yet to have to trim a steak that they have already cut. Never have I found any deer hair in my meat. They're family owned and small business. Honestly good work and I am all about details. I won't hesitate to take a deer there...
