The Flower Basket — Local services in Deerfield Township

So disappointed!!! Definitely NOT worth the money paid!!! The first pic cost $240 and the second was around $150. We had to go buy flowers to add to both of them the night before our mother’s funeral. Tried to call them this morning and ask if anything could be done, they informed us that everyone said the flowers were beautiful and weren’t able to do anything. She was extremely unprofessional and said we had differing options on what looks good. The 3rd and 4th pics say otherwise… we did this with flowers from Meijer! Krista saved the day for me today. What a sweetheart. After a failed attempt from an online company to have bday flowers sent to my granddaughter at school today, and was promised it would be there TODAY, I received a message that they couldn't do anything until tomorrow. This other company also charged so much more with "service fees" that I got a refund and canceled it all together. Krista, sympathetic to the situation, took my order and even sent me a picture of the finished item and had it out for delivery in about an hour. Just WOW. Thank you so much for your kindness. I live in Naples Fl so it was a difficult task to send my brother and sister in law sympathy flowers. I tried Millington they were out of stock for what I wanted. Tried Vassar everything was fine until later that day when I was told we don’t deliver to Millington. Called the flower basket wow what a great experience Sable was awesome. She said it would be a little extra but we can get your plant there. No one else told me that. The plant got to its destination and it looks beautiful. Thank you so much...
