Warm Colors Apiary — Local services in Deerfield

I use 1-2 pounds of honey per week. I moved out here from the Boston area where my prior beekeeper would refill just about any jar I brought to them. I emailed Warm Colors and asked if I could bring a few 5lb jars for refills. I got no response. I stop by with my jars only to find out they won't fill my jars because I didn't buy the jars from them. They sell the same jars and would refill them if i bought the jars from them initially.
