Grosso University is the real deal. I come from restoration roofing sales and did very well clearing 1 million in net sales every year for 3 years straight. The company I currently work for pivoted from a restoring roofing model into a retail sales model. I was tasked with the responsibility to build and train a retail one stop sales team for roofing, siding, windows, & showers. I quickly realized that I sold all my previous jobs on knowledge, authenticity, and charm but no real system was in place. How do you expect to train a one stop sales team if your sales manager can’t even right out a proven sales system. Well good news, they don’t have to. After months of looking I finally landed on Grosso University. I knew after meeting with Dominic & his team they were the ones I wanted to work with. Once the decision was made I put in maximum effort to learn this system where i could posses the skill to train it and that’s what I did. The team culture training really surprised us — in the best way. Dominic brought such energy and kept everyone locked in the whole time. My team walked out fired up, already talking about how they want to grow and bring more to our company. We had a six-hour drive home and they couldn’t stop talking about everything they learned.

The sales training was excellent. Dan has a real gift for teaching — clear, practical, and motivating. The owner and management sessions were next level. The speakers were all strong and brought real-world experience and insight that hit home.

Matt and Josh made the event even better by taking time to connect with people one-on-one. It meant a lot to have the whole team approachable to talk to outside of the main sessions. Lisa and the team really pulled together something special.
