Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. Jessica was AWESOME!! I was given my sweet mama’s wedding set after she passed back in October. The setting was so high that it caught on EVERYTHING and one of the prongs got bent. We took it in to be repaired and Jessica recommended getting a new setting that wasn’t quite so high. She replaced the setting (which is so much better than what it was originally) and even cleaned the rings…they look like new!
