New to South West Sioux Falls and a friend said go to C2C if you need a gym membership. I stopped out and nobody was around to help me, but I quickly decided this wasnt the place for me. It was FILTHY. I mean just gross. There appeared to be some daycare room that looked like a junk box square room. Looked more like a virus trap. Then there was some front room that looked like it was storage after a failed attempt to make it some food and beverage or juice stop like place within the gym. There was junk everywhere you looked from messy clothes, lost and found, to general disheveled looking signs and decor. The actual gym had some stuff, but it just seemed like a place ready to close at a moments notice for lack of management and attention to detail...or attention to any sort of cleanliness. There was an upstairs office area that I hoped to find somebody, but all I found was a guy giving some young kid a tattoo. A tattoo shop at a gym seemed odd...but then again, the whole place gave off a really bad vibe. I ended up joining a nice place just a little ways away from there where everything is neat...
ย ย ย Read moreCorey and Staff are amazing to work with! I have used Corey Personally as a personal trainer on and off for years. Recently my boys started training in their sport development programs as well. It is much more than just coaching. They have created a fun, inviting environment that creates a culture with the kids. I have watched many of the lessons personally.
The coaches take it seriously and hold the kids accountable. But build them up too. They are getting college quality coaching from former college and professional athletes. You can see the bonds that many of the athletes have with each other when working out. They push each other and are excited to see each other win.
Most recently my 6 year old started attending their Rookie Development camp. Which is great to have someone one qualified to help teach the real basics to my son. Both my boys look forward to their workouts and leave feeling better about themselves than when they walked...
ย ย ย Read moreI am a former college athlete and since that time have struggled keeping a regular exercise routine. I have joined many gyms over the years hoping to get in shape and keep in shape but never could keep consistent in a routine. I would find my self in a good routine for a few weeks then go long periods of time avoiding the gym. I heard about coast 2 coast by some patients of mine who have had incredible results and took advantage of a trial run to see what it was all about. After my first workout I was hooked! I can't say enough good things about this place. I actually look forward to working out and in only 3 months have seen a significant transformation in my body and overall health. The coaches help keep you accountable and motivated. The other members are supportive and encouraging. No matter where you are in your fitness journey you need to check...
