HighPointe Townhomes — Local services in Delapre Township

I used to really enjoy living here. I was able to look past the fact the repairs in my home have never been treated since I moved in years ago. Or the fact it seems day by day my house is falling apart in various ways. Or the fact my rent increases multiple times a year. Having a property manager (at the time) who treated us as equal was worth it. The new property management just isn’t the same. You shouldn’t apply to be a property manager for a low-income property if you are going to look down on the very people who occupy the homes. Handing out coloring pages fit for children every month doesn’t make it any better either. It’s a loose attempt at a bandaid for a much bigger issue. I’d rather the effort put into these coloring contests be put into respecting us as paying tenants. This will be my family’s last year here...

First, the word town home is used loosely....they are basically two floor apartments very very cheaply made. Bottom level on cement slab so downstairs is always cool upstairs hot. Next to impossible to regulate the temperature. No garages and no assigned parking. Maintenance is a complete joke. Constantly raising rent. Do not ensure only names om lease are living in units. Therefore you have no idea if the person or people living with the leaser have criminal background etc. Management always changing and cannot be trusted. They use to be a decent company to rent from but something changed in the last couple years.....bottom line they are crooks. They could care less about you as a tenant. They do not care about your well being in their property at all, all they care about is...

Maintenance guys are lazy and unprofessional these apartments do not care what so ever for well being of people who live there apartment cought fire and did some damage by stove area but minimum to no damage in rest of aparment they terminated my lease because of it and kick me my wife and three kids out on the street after just losing everything we had because of smoke damage now they our also trying to bill me for $10,000 in damages that their insurance covers and damage will cost no where near 10000 to fix........ very upset on how my family was treated and the way this matter...
