We dropped our deboned deer meat off the first week of December and we were told it would it would be ready in a month. Mid-January we called and were told it would be another month. It’s now been 3 months since we dropped our deer off and we still don’t have our deer back. Stopped by this place today. I like the family owned part. I like that it's tucked out of the way. Classic small town butcher shop. They have a little walk through area with lots of taxidermy animals to browse. Place is pretty cool. My only wish was maybe a slightly better selection but I realize they need to keep stuff fresh. We have been coming here with our deer for years and would not go anywhere else to have them processed. Their ring meat with cheese is one of the top picks and we eat it on a regular basis. Also their jerky sticks are awesome. This year we ordered a bunch of their pizza jerky sticks. If you haven't tried their food yet recommend to stop out and grab a sample and try it.
