Hands down by far the most knowledgeable helpful and reasonable place around to buy appliances, have them repaired, and to find parts for your appliances. I called five other stores in the valley ranging from Lowe's to warehouse sales in Sharon to Ollie's appliances, not one single person was able to help me in any of those places none of them knew what I was talking about and none of we're interested in trying to help me within 5 minutes of speaking with the woman at eckley's appliances she not only knew exactly what part I was talking about but she worked diligently until she was able to find me what I needed taking the time to call me back several times leaving me voicemails and ensuring that I was taking care of at the end of the day it was cheaper for me to get the part off of eBay then through ackley's and the woman had no problem telling me that she was more concerned with me getting the part that I needed to fix my problem then making a profit I hope that whoever's taking the time to read this takes this sincerely don't take your business anywhere else we need more...
