Sundance Arena — Local services in Delaware Township

I love going here The only bad thing is the pokes block your view if you sit on the side of the arena opposite of the gates I love that they have Wine by the glass and bottle and it is reasonably priced and not inflated I don’t like that the French fries are not with the burger stand they need to move to the entrance with the burgers Tickets at the door are high so I buy them from Agway which I think is reasonable but if they were not discounted when you pre purchase I would not attend. Boat $45 to take my husband my son his friend and myself If it was about $10 less I would attend several more times and take many more people with me on the first weekends of the month. I bought a bottle of wine and drinks along with a lot of food. I appreciate that they had boxes available to carry your food back to the bleachers. I wish they would offer a family 4 pack...

The Friday night rodeo was amazing & everything I had ever wanted. We obtained cowboy hats & watched the different events. The bull riding at the end was by far the most dangerous/entertaining but the barrel racing was a grand time as well. As far as seating outside goes, you’re going to want to get there early enough to grab a seat on the grandstands or bring your own folding chair and post up on one of the 3 available sides of the arena. Food options are minimal so you should eat before you arrive. There are a few western wear pop up shops available for cowboy hats if you don’t already have a closet full of them. Medium level rodeo. But ABSOLUTELY worth going for something to do !!!! Don't wear good boots if it has rained at all - muddy parking lot. Take a seat cushion or something to sit on! If you have more than 2 people to sit together, get there before 6:30 Food/drink prices are reasonable, and fries are yummy. It's warm inside even on a 25 degree night. Just a sweatshirt would do.
