HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I got SNS with a tip and within a week 5 of my nails were lifting and falling off. Not to mention, they were also fat and lumpy. I just dealt with it because it wasn't that big of a deal. The issue for me was that half of my nails were lifting. I called them and they said they would fix it. I told them I just would like for them to be soaked off because clearly it was poorly done. I went back to have them soaked off. Not only were they not soaked off she drilled them down then pulled them off. If you can pull them off after a week of doing them that tells you they were poorly done. Then I didn't get the service I asked for and they charged me another fee just to take them off.
Please don't get on here lying. I did NOT get my nails soaked off. Soaking off is letting my nails sit in the liquid so it can easily come off. That did NOT happen. She drilled them down then pulled them off. Why would anyone want 5 nails fixed? Clearly the job was poorly done and the rest would eventually fall off soon. Which was a waste of money and I got them done for my birthday. Plus, I called you all as soon as it happened and was told it was okay to come in and yall would handle it. Yes, you did call the police because it was the principle. NOT the money. She did a horrible job and you all should have fixed the problem. Not allow your customer to spend $150 on a poor job then make them pay for you all to fix it to their liking a week later. I didn't ask for anything extra. It took her less time and NO material to just remove them then to fix 5 nails. You all were wrong. Then get on here and still not take accountability. It is what it is. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a small business, but I feel like I have no other choice in this situation. I came to this salon for a pedicure and unfortunately left with uneven polish on my toes and a significant amount of callus still on my feet.
I called a few days later (I had a flight the next day) to let them know what happened, and they offered to fix it, which I appreciated. When I went in, the technician began what felt like a full pedicure. I wasn't sure if this was part of the fix since I still had a lot of callus left. I even tried to tell him I was here for a fix. During the process, the technician drilled my nail down so much that it caused pain and made me very uncomfortable.
When the service was done, I went to the front desk and was surprised to be charged for a full pedicure. I explained that I came in to have the issues resolved from my previous visit, not for a new service. The manager gave me a $10 credit, but I still ended up paying for the service. I left feeling confused and disappointed. As they had already said they will fix the polish and callus when I called them. I wouldn't have come back if I had known l'd be charged for a full pedicure again. I wish the salon had better understood where I was coming from. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and improve their processes, but this experience left me hesitant to return. Had I known all this was gonna happen I wouldāve just cut my losses short instead of paying for two pedicures with either of them being any good.
In the photo you can see how the nail polish dried down from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter scheduled an appointment for her and I at 6 pm at the request of the person that answered the phone. Our appointments were for both of us to get a full set and pedicures. Her nails and tech was great and she got what she wanted and got right back to start her nails. I sat an additional 20 or so minutes before being sat at the pedicure chairs where I sat an addition 30 plus minutes waiting on a tech. When she finally started I told her I wanted sprinkles on my big toe and showed her a picture. When she painted my toes she forgot the sprinkles no biggie save the extra money. At this point itās 730ish and they close at 8. Start on the nailsā¦. I specifically advised I want 2 stiletto and 3 coffin shape with my ring finger to have sprinkles like donuts and showed a picture for reference. I told her they looked square and oval where she advised she still has to file them. So I let her finish and the shape did not change much and my sprinklesā¦just arenāt that. At this point Iām the last customer in the store and she was ready to go. It was 8:25 when she finished and I had to get home and based on the conversations I knew the result would not change. My daughter was finished very timely with great results me however not so much. $265 plus their tips later and this is the results and mine was more than hers smh. It definitely depends on who your tech is if you want good results...
