Van-Del Drive-In — Local services in Delphos

First time visiting was this 4th of July weekend. Saw Minions: Rise of Gru and Jurassic World Dominion. Love the digital projection! Like you're at home watching on a very large screen. Sound came in crystal clear on 92.9 FM, for our screen. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Food was a little pricey but liked that they accepted credit cards. Large soda $4 but free refills. The burger wasn't great in taste or price of $6. Pretzels are $4 with cheese sauce. You may bring in outside food but only if you buy a $10 permit. Tickets, and food permit, may be purchased online which is very convenient, just have the scan code ready before pulling up to the booth so you don't hold up the line. Wish I had more time to stay for the dusk to dawn third movie. Would've been nice to see the original Red Dawn on the big screen. Look forward to seeing more...

Just pulled in and did the posted 5 mph speed limit the whole time and then when we got to our spot one of the employees came up to the window and started yelling at us for speeding and nearly hitting someone. We responded very calmly that our speedo said that we were not speeding and he continued to yell at us even when we tried to just to agree and say sorry and that it wouldn’t happen again. He finally stopped and left and got his suppvisor and had him talk to us and the supervisor continued to yell at use even tho we never tried to argue. The supervisor continued to threaten us with kicking us out until we apologized to the first guy for arguing and yelling at him. This was seriously unprofessional of the theater and disrespectful. I will never recommend this theater to anybody...

Well it's been many years since I've been to a drive in. They had great prices and friendly staff. They had a 50-50 drawing, another drawing, sub eating contest, smash a window to the highest bidder. It was a clean place. The only down fall and I get why but I have to tell you the they have porta cans for their bathrooms 🚻 and I only seen two and they were the regular size. ones not made for handicapped. Would I go back??? Yes, yes I would. If you go would you please keep in mind that yes it is cheaper 😉 to bring your own food but if you buy their food it helps keep them open and they are a dieing breed and with this virus we are not able to do much of anything you sure can not to to a in door theater to see a movie but you can sit in...
