Our home was listed the day before Thanksgiving and we had a few offers by Saturday morning. There wasn't a need for an open house. The photos of the home were professional and a video was also made. It was not just a video of the pictures of the home, it was a sales promotion to capture your interest. Very effective!!! I must also add that Linda is a great communicator and she kept in touch for the entire process. Any questions or concerns were handled efficiently.

Linda Martignetti of Crossroads Realty Team did a FANTASTIC job with my home sale. From the state of the art video and flyers with photos, showing and displaying the most attributes of the house, to my hassle free arrangements to show the property. I didn’t even have to take time off from work for the appraisal or inspection, as Linda arranged every appointment and was present and an advocate for them all.
