We made it back to shore by 850 and were rushed the entire way back. The older man stayed behind my sister canoe and harped on them to do better and go faster which just kept causing them to crash into the grooves. He kept yelling things like "THATS IT" and "IVRE HAD IT" but he still stayed behind them to yell non stop for over 20 minutes. It was their first time and when they tried to explain he got upset that myself and our friend didnt leave them behind but kept waiting for them to catch up vs him yelling at us to leave them behind (no way im leaving my sister and cousin with an angry white man yelling at them for something thats not her fault).
