Don't come to this store. Every number in our account had received a text informing us that we're eligible for the early edge upgrade. We originally went to a Verizon Store in Naples in order to get our numbers upgraded and get new phones. The only thing that stopped us was that they simply didnt have the inventory to upgrade us. The rep in Naples was really great, gave us a lot of information and explained everything to us. He showed and explained that every number in the account was eligible for this upgrade. One of the numbers was just restricted to two certain phones. But ALL were eligible. We came to this store on April 22, 2015 around 6:00 PM. The store was completely dead, the two reps working were both male, both had reddish blonde hair, and both looked athletic. We walked in on their Subway meal and SportsCenter time apparently. We were greeted as soon we walked in and they asked us what they could help us with. We explained to them our situation, they asked for our information so they could look at the account, all pretty standard stuff. Now here comes the problem. During the time the rep was looking up our account, him and the other rep had a nice chat about how Rajon Rondo got benched during game 2 against Houston. After a couple of minutes, the rep informed us that we actually werent eligible for any upgrade, and that just because we got the text does not mean that all the numbers are eligible. We explained to them about how the rep at the other store showed and explained to us that we were in fact ALL eligible. In a smart ass tone he replied "Well, I guess youre just going to have to go back to that store then." Now thats some customer service, he clearly wanted to get us out of the store asap so he can get back his subway. We left the store pretty disappointed, (after all, we thought we were getting new phones) and called customer service to get it figured out once and for all. We explained what happened to customer service and the first thing the CS rep asked was "Did the reps in the store call us?" As soon as he asked that, it made it clear that reps in THIS store, could not care any less about their customers. After about five minutes on the phone with customer service, he explained that WE ARE eligible for upgrades. Thank you guys for the great customer...

THIS TIME, I was greeted when I walked in, even though everyone was busy, so my original review must have had an effect. My problem was finally taken care of and solved. However, I still think they need more than one person at a time at this store because of how busy it is. I just left this store. When I walked in, there were six people in the store. This is the second time in a week that Iāve been here with more than five people waiting. They definitely need to have more than one employee on the clock. No welcome, no āIāll be with you in a minuteā. I waited for ten minutes then asked how long of a wait. He rudely answered an hour or more. So I walked over to Publix & got a MONEY order for $.89 went back & paid my bill...The other "bright bulb" guy processes it & gives me a receipt. Lo & Behold 10 days later I get Texts & e-mails from VERIZON saying my check bounced!! AND my account is now delinquent so they charged me 2 late fees & an NSF charge! I am boiling now..so I got a Supervisor on the phone...another "bright bulb" she tells me I have to go back to Publix & try to get my $$ back!!! ALL THIS BECAUSE SOME IDIOT EMPLOYEE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS A MONEY ORDER!!! VERIZON better hope Publix gives me my $$ back or there will be legal problems!!! People do yourselves a favor....don't pay your bills at the VERIZON stores unless they have a kiosk in which you do your own submitting!! Now I have to take time out of my day to screw...
