Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nurse Lisa today. I went in yesterday for microblading, and my brows will be fabulous as always in a couple of weeks. Due to reconstructive dental work, consisting of bone grafts and implants, i was very self conscious with the way my lips looked after the procedure. I didn't look like me anymore. I looked angry, my lower lip was now wider ( not thicker) and while my upper lip was also stretched to the point that it basically had no definition, I had also lost most of my normal volume. Within five minutes of walking through the door Lisa knew exactly What I was trying to achieve And although I certainly don't look my best right now my daughter told me last night that she could already see a huge difference and she loved that Lisa not only took care of my mouth, but that She immediately recognized that I had lost Some volume in my chin due to the extraction of my lower teeth, so she added a couple of syringes of filler to my chin which has already made a visible difference. So, yesterday, I got microbladed, got 8 syringes in my mouth, she took care of my marionette lines, and I got 2 syringes in the chin. That's a lot of syringes but I was numbed so well I don't think I even flinched. She knows her stuff and she knows how to make her patients comfortable. This is the most unprofessional, scammy "business" I have ever encountered. The customer service, or lack there of, is a complete & total joke. I originally went in there for phentermine. They do not provide authentic phentermine that you can get from a doctor, but they market it as such. The stuff they sell, you can buy online, & it does not work! Also, their weight-loss injections are useless, as well. Each time I made an appointment to come in for an injection, I then had to call ahead of time on said appointment day, to be sure the injectionist Lisa felt like being available that day. Numerous times, I was rescheduled because she decided to leave before my appointment. Or, I would receive a call notifying me that she was no longer available that day & I had to be rescheduled. On the days that she actually managed to keep our appointments, I would often sit there for 20-30 minutes because she decided to leave before my appointment to run a "quick errand". No heads up, ect, like I have nothing better to do than sit around for some half wit who cannot figure out proper time management & how to run a professional business. I truly have no clue how this place stays...

Went to my first hair appointment today with Fran that I made 3 days ago! I was blown away I could get an appointment that quickly and meet someone that was a life long hair professional!!

Fran listened to what I wanted and quickly gained my trust and in just a few hours later I felt like a new and even younger looking woman! She knew exactly what I needed and what my hair needed and I love my new hair cut and color!! Will definitely be taking advantage of Fran’s gifts & talent!! I would highly recommend Fran!!

They also have way to many resources … They offer weight loss & hormone therapy. Under medical supervision! (Taylor is just great) and so more resources to get healthy and feeling our very best! And so much more!!

They also offer pedicures and manicures, Botox, Permanent eye liner and Micro browsing and so much more!! ( also excepts my flex spending card which is just a added bonus)

Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable!! They had no idea how nervous I was going in but within mins seen I had made the perfect choice! That makes a difference when you move where you don’t know anyone!
