My daughter and I have bought furniture from furniture liquidators in the past. At one time, the service was pretty good. Unfortunately, something has happened that has made furniture liquidators reputation go downhill. I went into furniture liquidators before Christmas last year in 2024, to get a price on the living room set that I want it. I was told that that living room set would cost $2700. Now before she gave me that price, she said oh no, then she went back into the room to total up something else. I said is this a good thing or a bad thing. She said it’s a good thing. To me $2700 was a good thing for the furniture. It was also a reasonable price.
So, after getting a few opinions from family about how the furniture looks, I went back in to the store less than 5 days later and the lady price gouged the price up to $3300. No, the furniture was not on sale a few days ago. That was not mentioned at all
I was completely hurt because, being a loyal customer who has also referred other customers in the past, and then being noticed by one of the other sales ladies, as a loyal customer, I was not valued as someone who has Contributed to Keeping this store open. I even went back a few days after the price was gouged to see if I could get the price for the original price that was quoted to me at first. I left my number and everything and the lady never called me back. Furniture liquidators has got to do better if they want to keep loyal customers and, the people they refer.

I left my name and phone number for you to contact me and give me the original price quoted in which was 2700.00. I was hoping and praying that you would honor what you said. I don't care who was the only person there at a certain and day. That's not the issue. I DID NOT TELL THE SALES LADY ON MY LAST VISIT TO CALL ME IF SHE FOUND SOMETHING ELSE.
I was not confused about the price. I even took a phot of the set immediately AFTER receiving the quote. I was not sure of who the sales person was but I definitely remembered the price I was quoted for that same set during the holidays. I only looked at three sets that day. Read moreThey used to be a great furniture store, but I now find that they are severely lacking in their customer service. I purchased a bed that fell apart within 1 month. I called them and Keira, one of the CS reps gave me the run around about needing a receipt when all of their receipts are actual carbon copies so she already had it AND I've made purchases with them since 2007! Within two days I found the receipt and called back and she told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot to get pieces to repair the bed, even though it under warranty. I told her I wanted a replacement, because I truly believe they sold me the floor sample, but she said that the company (Standard) would only replace the base of the bed. I told her I would settle for that. It has been a month and a half and I haven't received so much as a phone call from Furniture Liquidators! Keira was nasty to me and so was the older lady that works there. I will never do business with these people again! Money gone...

Because if I would have paid for the couch and it didn’t fit I couldn’t get my money back. I went home measured and returned in less then 20 mins. Well her and I guess the owner/ manager what ever the unprofessional lady was suppose to be sold the couch . Offered another one but would not even match the price could careless. Like all they was worried about who gave them the money the quickest . Another customer was in tears when I showed up because they messed her whole order up and would not fix it . .
