Denison Aquatic Fun Center — Local services in Denison

This place is a joke don't know how they've been open for so long.... Every time we go here we try to be optimistic but never have a great time last year ended up going and someone stole my wallet from the locker room this year as we showed up to swim there is a post on Facebook saying outdoor pool is available but indoor pools closed when we arrived the jacuzzi was not working either the only thing available was outdoor pool or sauna.... also we had a birthday party earlier this year in the Gazebo area nothing was made sure that it was wasp free there was two giant wasp nests with about 20 wasp in total flying around and when mentioned to front desk they did not come destroy any of the nests all they did was hand us spray and told us to do it ourselves..... but once you're done trying to enjoy what facilities are available you go to take a shower and it is freezing cold no warm water whatsoever..... but I will say the staff is friendly but never around...

Poorly managed; no rules posted anywhere including the website. Front desk people do not have their mind on taking care of business. You are not allowed to actually swim in the outdoor pool; just sort of bobbing around in the same space. The deep end is completely off limits except for the divers. The slide seems okay, heavily guarded. The indoor pool is very small and laps are restricted to only a few lanes. No actual swimming allowed anywhere but in the lanes. No privacy in the shower room. We always bring the grandkids here. They all have a blast from the 8 year old to the 1 year old. There is a fenced area that helps to keep the littles safe in their own water area. Then, when the whistle blows for the water break, there is a mini golf course that everyone can enjoy. There are 2 slides and concessions here as well....
